2 hours: Tips to keep track of multiple drafts of a document and multiple documents in a project, strategies for purpose-based reading and organizing relevant content from various sources.
Self-Assessment & Intrinsic Motivation
2 hours: Improvement as well as areas of personal and professional fulfillment, creating short, medium, and long-term professional goals and a concrete plan for working towards them, creating customized self-editing checklists, effective goal-setting with rewards, having a partner to check in on deadlines to be accountable, knowing your limits and working around them.
Doing Good Work in Challenging Times
2 hours: Navigating significant personal challenges, such as childbirth, long-term caregiving, divorce, or the death of a loved one, in the context of a demanding workload.
